For over two decades, the Barcelona Festival of Song has been a space for that kind of transformation: a place where singers and collaborative pianists come together to deepen their connection to Latin American and Iberian art song, to language, poetry, and cultural context, and to one another. As you begin to plan for 2026, we would like to gently remind you that the Early Bird application deadline for the Barcelona Festival of Song is January 8. Each summer in Barcelona, a small group of selected singers and collaborative pianists gathers for an immersive experience dedicated to the study and performance of art song in Spanish, Catalan, and Portuguese. Through master classes, lectures, and performances led by internationally recognized artists and scholars, participants engage deeply with repertoire that speaks of identity, history, and living traditions.
